“Smooth o365 integration”
Pros
From the user side, the integration with SharePoint O365, Active Directory and our master data feels really smooth and completely transparent. On the IT back end, it's secure and flexible as well.
Cons
This isn't really a drawback but you do need to be clear about your requirements and consulting with internal stakeholders is essential before building and deploying it.

“simple to use”
Pros
Has brought a lot of strong, well controlled functionality to our business and it's become an important part of how we work. The simple setup makes it simple to enter the right details quickly and accurately, then move incidents or information forward for review and investigation across multiple levels without wasting time.
Cons
As they keeps adding features, I expect there will be more flexibility and more internal configuration options available. Right now though, there are still times when certain needs have to be handled through bespoke solutions.
