“feature rich tool”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is how much depth R2 offers in both features and functionality across so many different parts of the business.
Cons
A downside is that it still isn't natively browser based the way some competing products are although web and app based modules have started rolling out over the past couple of years. It also uses a more traditional licensing model which has worked well enough for us but I'd still like to see a subscription option that gives businesses more flexibility with team size, costs and clearer pricing tiers.
