“Has great features”
Pros
There are quite a few things I appreciate about this software. A few of the Program/League features feel a bit more user friendly than CivicPlus.
Cons
It bothers me that patrons still can't make partial payments on rentals or sports fees when they're paying online from home or while they're out and about.

“all in one registration win”
Pros
After more than 14 years of using online registration and facility management tools, RecDesk has been the one that truly brings everything together. The integration went welland the support team has been knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond from the initial setup all the way through to today. Over the years, we've trained a lot of staff on it and the system is simple, clearly explained and easy to follow so new users can get comfortable with it in a very short amount of time. Before switching to RecDesk, we were juggling two separate programs, one for the website and another for registrations, facility scheduling and program details. RecDesk completely improved that process and cut out a lot of duplicate work and wasted time. Now we build a program once and it automatically appears on our website while also being scheduled into our facility at the same time. That alone has saved us a lot of extra effort. Duplicating a program is also incredibly fast just check a box, update the title and it's ready to go for recurring monthly or yearly programs. It's a huge time saver. Being able to update program details or scheduling contacts on our website internally is another feature we really needed and never had with our previous systems.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is the ability to update our website layout on our own without needing to contact support. I also wish there were a way to import information from family accounts directly into coaching or instructor accounts since many of our coaches are parents of the players and we currently have to enter that information manually.

The system is user friendly and the customer support team responds very quickly when help is needed.
Cons
Entering member records for kids in split families since it can be difficult to do without creating duplicates.

“frustrating cancellations”
Pros
It's useful for keeping up with my daily schedule and managing my calendar.
Cons
If an event gets canceled by accident, there's no way to restore it so I have to recreate the whole thing from scratch.

“online registration made everything better”
Pros
Online registration has been the biggest win for us. I honestly can't imagine going back to paper forms anymore. Getting practice and game schedules out to everyone is simple and when a rainout happens, rescheduling takes just a click. Team drafting is also so much easier than before and coaches can get their rosters right away.
Cons
Overall, it's been really solid though I do wish it had a mobile version.
