“Broad connectivity”

Pros

Being able to sync with Exchange, Outlook and Office is what won us over. Our department books rooms through several different channels and this platform finally brings everything together so we can clearly see what's actually available in one place. It also comes with plenty of excellent, customizable features but the part I appreciate most is how well it keeps us organized.

Cons

I honestly haven't run into any issues and I haven't heard any complaints from others either.
