“Quick integrations”
Pros
It still feels like a product in its early days but it already offers quick integration with Mews PMS and the RC team can get it deployed very quickly. It's possible to have the system up and running at a property within a week. It also covers several key departments, including Housekeeping, Maintenance, Concierge and Front Desk, plus a Lost Property module that supports photos.
Cons
At the moment, the software is still being developed and needs quite a bit more refinement. The RC team also seems somewhat stretched because they are handling multiple projects at once although they have consistently put in the effort to support their customers.
