“fantastic support”
Pros
Using this product feels very easy. During phone training, I can walk someone through the system while handling other work at the same time which says a lot about how familiar and manageable it is for our district's setup. I'm also really impressed with the outstanding customer service that the team has given us over the last eight years. They even customized our invoicing process so it integrates with our PeopleSoft system.
Cons
This one is tough to answer. Before they introduced Global cancellations, that probably would have been my biggest complaint but they recently rolled it out so I really have nothing to say here.

Pros
Getting started was incredibly simple since the company handled the initial setup and guided us through each step. We depend on this software for all of our calendar and rental operations. It manages scheduling, electronic contracts, billing and basically everything needed to run a full scale operation. It also sends email reminders to everyone which our custodial team really appreciates.
Cons
The reports section could be better with the addition of a few graphs. It would be especially helpful to have color graphs for reporting and for comparing progress from year to year.
