“responsive support”
Pros
Three things really stand out with this system. First, it's very simple to use even for field crews that don't always have the easiest time with technology. Second, it takes the data we submit and turns it into a clear view of our overall safety performance. Third, the customer service and technical support from the team have been excellent. They're responsive, friendly and always trying to make the system work the way we need it to.
Cons
While we were moving from our legacy system to the new platform, there were a few features from the old system that weren't available yet in the new one. That said, their technical support has either come up with a workaround to get us what we need or they've taken those missing capabilities back to their developers and are actively working on adding them to the new platform.
