“good at keeping crews safe and informed”
Pros
One thing that really works well with this is how it lets us go over the key health and safety issues that can create problems in our industry, while also keeping employees current with the training and inductions they need to stay safe on the job.
Cons
The only downside that comes to mind is that once jobs are assigned to a specific crew, the date can't be changed which becomes a problem when the work isn't ready yet or needs to be rescheduled.
