At our company we use this mainly for monitoring and it has been quite versatile in day to day use. It feels fairly user friendly for statistical work and even more complex problems can be handled effectively with this tool.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost. It is more expensive than many other predictive tools available on the market and we also run into difficulties when working with graphical representations. It would be much better if this were offered as an open source tool.
