“fantastic for multi site seating management”

Pros

Managing seating across multiple sites would be nearly impossible for me without this. As a Facility Manager I really appreciate how many ways it gives me to update employee allocations, whether through drag and drop, search or other options. It makes the whole process far more manageable and having a clear overall view of the office layout is a huge plus. On top of that all the paperwork has been eliminated.

Cons

At the moment the system still doesn't let you assign different permission levels to the same employee across different offices. I've already raised this with my client success manager and I'm hoping that feature will be added soon.

Pros

With hybrid work becoming the norm after COVID, a tool like this turned out to be exactly what we needed. It helped me roll out a hybrid setup at my company very quickly. Employees can pick their desks directly from a map and workstations can be organized using a wide range of criteria, including the type of docking station. Another big advantage is that it integrates with HR platforms like HiBob which we use. Employee updates sync automatically into the system so there's no need for me to make manual changes.

Cons

Intially switching to a hybrid work model was a bit messy since employees were not happy about changing stations. Still, after about two weeks, everyone adjusted to the new setup.

The system is very user friendly once everything is setup and lets you update your workspace in real time.

Cons

Getting started with the system took quite a bit of effort at first but overall it's very simple to use.

This office space management platform has been excellent to use and the customer service team is amazingly available whenever help is needed.

Cons

We can't schedule a hot desk as a permanent setup for a future date. At times, we need to update a hot desk's status in advance for colleagues visiting from abroad.

Pros

Being able to duplicate office plans is a big plus. It lets me open simulations and test different scenarios without touching the current setup. For example, I can try out a new seating allocation and see how it works without affecting the existing plan.

Cons

One limitation is that only one person can make changes in a simulation at a time which is a little disappointing.

Trying seating management software for the first time, I was really pleased with how simple and user friendly it feels to use.

Cons

Creating reports could be better and moving between floors is not as convenient as it should be.

Its colorful interface really stood out to me and adding or removing employees was very easy.

Cons

Something that bothered me was not being able to customize the graphics myself. It also isn't possible to adjust table layouts independently so there's still a reliance on the support team for design changes.

Having real human support available is a big plus and the software is useful for both people related planning and logistical organization.

There are still a lot of features I haven't figured out yet and the technical side of the software doesn't feel very easy to use.

Feels very user friendly and easy to use once you're used to how it works.

Cons

It does take a bit of practice to understand how the system works at first but after using it several times, it becomes very convenient to work with.

One of the biggest strengths is the way the data is visualized. It makes things much clearer and the survey feature is also really useful. We are not using that option yet but that is due to internal issues on our side rather than the software itself.

Cons

Updating and modifying polygons could be made a bit simpler.

Using this software feels very convenient overall and the user experience is pleasant. On top of that the customer service has been excellent whenever help was needed.

Cons

I wish that two users could edit the same file at the same time.

The platform is easy to use, has a modern interface and it also supports my native language which makes it much more comfortable to work with.

Cons

However using it on a laptop is quite difficult as its more suited to mobile usage.
