Pros
One thing that really made this platform stand out was how user friendly it felt right away. Our teams weren't stuck in long training sessions and after just a few days, they were already comfortable using the platform to enter data, handle incidents and monitor EHS metrics.
Cons
Like any new system moving over from our older processes took some adjustment at first but once everything was set up, using this app started to feel completely natural.

Pros
Right from the start, the software felt very easy to use and aligns well with how a safety professional actually thinks and works. The team has also been fantastic to work with. They really listen to customer feedback and make a genuine effort to fully understand what's being requested.
Cons
There is a lack of documentation for users and administrators to refer to after implementation. That said, their team has shared that they are actively working on this. They also allowed us to record our onboarding and implementation sessions which ended up being very helpful to revisit since formal reference materials were not available yet.

“real time reporting advantage”
Pros
It has made a huge difference for Cinterra. We can capture incident details in real time and the mobile app has been an excellent tool for handling site inspections and audits. The data is simple to analyze. We were using a different solution before and reports that used to take hours to run can now be pulled together in seconds.
Cons
I cant think of any downsides.
