Everything feels user friendly and clearly well planned. It adapts to individual tasks without much effort as well.

Up to this point, I honestly haven't come across any downsides and hopefully it stays that way.

Getting started with the software feels very natural because everything is simple and self explanatory. Compared with other tools on the market, this is also set up in a much more accessible way.

Pros

No matter where I am, I always have it with me. Whether thats on my work phone, tablet or office PC. I no longer have to deal with paperwork from handover reports which saves money and is better for the environment. New inventory can also be created quickly with all the necessary data.

Cons

One thing I've noticed recently is that images you want to attach can't be cropped very well. It only allows square cropping instead of letting you adjust just the width or height. Also, when I tap into a field to type and the keyboard opens, the screen unfortunately doesn't automatically jump to the area where I'm trying to enter information.

It is very user friendly, the help pages are detailed and useful and the customer service has been excellent.

After working with the software for three months so far, I haven't had any negative experiences.

The cloud based setup works really well for us and the app is highly functional for handling tasks on site. The support and sales team in Dresden has also been very friendly and genuinely helpful throughout.

Being able to use the app on a phone, tablet or directly in the browser is really convenient. It gives a quick overview and the layout of the application is clear and well organized. The customer service is excellent and the tutorials make getting started with the software quick and easy.

Column formatting is missing which would make it easier to get a better overall view of the most relevant information.

Setting the application up for the first time is easy and it gives a quick overview of inventory with a very good search function. The app makes it simple to update and track inventory movements and the PDF reports help integrate inventory tasks directly into daily workflows, such as handover records, disposals and employee cards.

Cons

Whenever questions or issues came up, they were resolved quickly, personally and with an individual approach. The best practice solutions from the ITEXIA partners were always helpful and the integrated help menu makes it possible to find answers and solve things on your own first.

Scanning the RFID labels and the electronic inventory tracking that comes with it are a real highlight.

Customer support works hard to address any problems or suggestions quickly and effectively so I really don't have anything negative to mention.

We recently switched our inventory process to digital and recording items with barcodes and the app has been quick and really beneficial. It saves a huge amount of paper which also frees up storage space and, most importantly, makes the whole process much smoother.

It looks very simple and seems fairly clear at first but that simplicity comes at the cost of real depth.

There's no way to represent more complex relationships and the permission management is not worthy of the name.

Getting everything up and running was quick and efficient. Thanks to its powerful API, Seventhings can connect with existing inventory and billing systems and keep data synchronized. The pre inventory process and the following stock entry, including goods checks, work very efficiently, accurately and save a lot of time. On top of that the quality of the bookings has improved and errors now hardly happen at all.

At the beginning processing very large numbers of records (more than 100) caused some difficulties.

This tool gives us a practical and cost effective way to inventory, move and manage our various items.

The software still has room for improvement. We were promised certain enhancements over a year ago and only some of them have actually been delivered. More optimization is still needed before it can truly be called a comprehensive system.

Having our own company QR codes is a big plus. The homepage can also be adjusted to match our specific needs which makes the software feel customized to the business. On top of that the customer support has been very helpful.

It does take quite a bit of time and understanding everything after the first training session can still be challenging.
