Pros
Having this app on my phone has been incredibly useful because it feels very user friendly and has been a great help. I can locate the exact asset I need in no time and immediately see all the important details, including inventory levels, usage history and maintenance schedules. It really feels like carrying a compact version of Sitehound in my pocket. The app also lets me create new assets, edit existing ones and handle other asset management tasks while I'm away from my desk. Updating an asset's location, attaching a photo or scanning a barcode to pull up its details takes hardly any effort. The barcode scanning feature, in particular, has made a huge difference for managing assets in the field. Being able to scan a barcode and instantly view the asset's information saves a lot of time and avoids having to manually search through the app. I also appreciate the push notifications for scheduled maintenance and other important asset related updates since they help me stay informed about asset status even when I'm out of the office.
Cons
I haven't run into any downsides or negative issues with the software.
