“reliable office booking platform”
Pros
It is a user friendly platform that makes office space booking and scheduling much more organized and accessible for multiple people to use.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have anything I really dislike. I've mostly used it for scheduling and booking conference rooms and haven't explored much beyond that but for those basic tasks it has been a very dependable platform.

“easy to use”
Pros
Using this app has been really easy. The floor layouts are simple but still detailed enough to show exactly where I'm booking a room or workspace which makes the whole process very clear. I also really appreciate the Google single sign on feature.
Cons
At this point, I don't really have anything to complain about since it works the way I expect it to. A few of the views can feel a bit overloaded with information but that's also balanced out by having different view options to choose from.

“Lets me update rooms in no time”
Pros
This platform has been really simple to work with. I can update rooms in no time, rename spaces quickly and clearly label rooms, offices, workstations and even offsite locations. The Single Sign On connection and dedicated app also make everything very convenient to access and manage.
Cons
My only real issue with this is the Outlook integration. When you think you're approving a booking, it also seems to accept the calendar integration and then it blocks out the entire time in your calendar. It just feels a bit odd.

“simple booking for coworking”
Pros
At our compnay, this app has been a hit. It's simple to use and makes booking a meeting room in our beautiful coworking space quick and convenient.
Cons
One thing we'd love to see is 10 rooms included in the AllBooked Core subscription. It would also help if booking conflicts showed up earlier, before having to enter all the details for a room reservation.

“flexible setup”
Pros
One of the best parts is how much you can customize each field to match exactly what you need. That flexibility makes Skedda work well for all kinds of uses, whether it's office planning or organizing truck bays.
Cons
The downside is that it doesn't feel as user friendly to me as some other apps. That said, I also know people who actually prefer it so it seems to come down more to personal taste and aesthetics.

“fantastic tool for the office”
Pros
Adding this tool to our tech stack has been incredibly worthwhile for managing office space reservations without any trouble. The Outlook and Teams integrations work really well and make adoption simple for staff and features like the interactive floorplan across all office locations are a big plus.
Cons
At this point, I'm genuinely very satisfied with the product. They introduced some major improvements this year that resolved the concerns we had before.

“Amazing flexibility”
Pros
It has been fantastic for us. The interface is clean, it's simple to use and the level of customization you get at this price point is really impressive. The Zapier integration has also been a huge win for our team and has completely changed how we use the software.
Cons
Something that really frustrates us is the time granularity. I hate even bringing it up because this has been such a sore point and I noticed another reviewer mention the same problem. It puts real limits on how we can use the system and we end up over scheduling or under scheduling quite a bit just to make it fit our needs. What adds to the frustration is that it doesn't seem like it should be that hard to fix. It would also be really helpful to set an event type natively. We've worked around that by creating a custom field but from what I've seen, there's no way to filter by that custom field in Zapier.

“brilliant for hot desking”
Pros
With our office set up around hot desking, this tool makes it really easy to reserve a seat and know there's a place waiting when we arrive. It's very simple to use and basically does exactly what it's supposed to do.
Cons
Having a reminder or alert 24 hours before the booking would make it even better. That could help cut down on no shows, where the office looks fully booked but desks still end up sitting empty.

“Very easy to use”
Pros
Booking has gone over really well with our faculty because the system is easy to use. At first, I had to spend a little time showing them how to reserve multiple rooms in one booking since many of them were picking each room separately and getting frustrated about entering the same times, dates and materials again and again. After that brief training, they became much more satisfied with how simple the process is. SSO has also worked out well for us even though our IT team needed some time to get it fully set up. Another feature we appreciate is the ability to create specific views so if someone wants to check whether a certain space is open on the calendar, they can just use a view as a filter for that area. Faculty have also reacted very positively to the graphical layout of the center because it gives them a visual sense of the space. On top of that there are plenty of customization options for tag colors, booking rules, access conditions, tags and space details, including the ability to add photos of the rooms.
Cons
My biggest frustration has been the way scheduling data is formatted when copying the feed link for use on an external calendar. It works well enough for individual users but not nearly as well for administrators. I use that feed link with a digital sign in our center hallway and when the link is copied from the integrations tab, there are no options to control what information gets displayed. As a result, it includes details I do not want visible to the public especially the name of the person who made the booking. That kind of information should stay internal and I wish there were a way to exclude it. Skedda seems to offer that kind of control at the individual level but not from the administrative side, at least from what I have seen. Another issue is that the feed shown on the digital sign will not properly display multiple rooms unless they are entered as separate events. If I create one booking that includes several rooms at the same time, the sign only shows the event name, the first room number and then "+ other" instead of listing every room. The only workaround is creating a separate event for each room which is annoying and takes extra time. I have also noticed there is no "Today" button when viewing the schedule which would make it much quicker to jump back to the current date. In List mode, the column widths cannot be adjusted so you cannot expand or shrink them to see the full booking information more clearly. The tag system is useful once everything is set up but it feels a bit awkward at the beginning. I have our scheduling configured so only users with tags can make bookings and once they are added and tagged, it works very well. The problem is with new users signing in through SSO because they come in without a tag and cannot book anything until I manually assign one. That is manageable with a small number of people but it becomes a real challenge when you are dealing with hundreds of new users.
