“reliable building monitoring suite”
Pros
Having one place that shows the status of every building is really useful and it sends alert messages right away whenever something goes wrong. The platform is user friendly, cuts down a lot of our manual work and gives real time updates through a customizable setup. One of the biggest advantages is that we have not run into any compatibility issues. SMATI Config lets us manage and fine tune sensors, Ops sends alerts and notifications to the maintenance team and Business gives access to a full library of available business interfaces.
Cons
While this also creates consumption and usage analysis reports but the usage analysis reporting still needs some improvement. Other than that, it has been the best software for our needs and the reporting issues seem fixable. Overall, the quality of service has been excellent.
