Pros
One feature that really sets this apart is its ability to pull together evaluation data from different activities and show a clear overall view of an organisation's impact. I haven't come across another platform that offers this in the same way. On top of that the pricing is very reasonable which makes it a practical option for smaller organisations as well.
Cons
When my company first started using Socialsuite as an early adopter, the platform was really slow and hard to navigate. That said, it has become much more user friendly over time and continues to improve day by day.
