“real time reporting that delivers”
Pros
It has a very efficient reporting process. Reports can be submitted in real time, paperwork is filed automatically and the system keeps a record of the information which gives you useful documentation and trends you can view right away. It makes it much clearer to see where your company is doing well and where improvement is needed. The anonymous infraction reporting feature is especially valuable because it gives employees a way to be honest without worrying about risking their jobs so you get a more accurate picture of what is really happening in the company and where questionable behavior may be occurring on a regular basis.
Cons
The biggest challenge is getting people trained on a new process and shifting from heavy paperwork to automated technology. That has been the hardest part to work through but it is not really an issue caused by Sospes itself, just an unavoidable part of making a major change.

“centralized certification tracking”
Pros
All certifications and items with expiration dates are kept together in one central system which makes them much easier to manage.
Cons
Part of my work involves adding new employees and removing terminated ones and it would help if the Employee option were selected by default. When searching for an employee by name, the page navigation buttons are only at the bottom so having them at the top as well would make the process more convenient.
