“powerful building operations hub”
Pros
This platform is simple to use. It connects data from the different systems across the building to support both occupants and operations teams. Another big plus is that it doesn't replace the usual operator tools, instead, it lets those existing tools be enriched natively with data coming from other systems.
Cons
One of the strongest points is how easily the software integrates into a complex building ecosystem. The product also offers strong room for growth. Just like the operating systems on our computers and smartphones were designed to evolve, their building OS was clearly built to expand over time.

“solid BIM to digital twin link”
Pros
It is the only platform I've seen that creates a direct connection between BIM models and a real time database, essentially a Building Operating System, while also supporting the capabilities of a dynamic digital twin.
Cons
The database itself is excellent. That said, we still had to put effort into the surrounding tools to make implementation simpler and to build the digital twin at a reasonable cost. We approached it from the construction side, wanting to benefit from the data processing capabilities while staying realistic about the sector's constraints and limitations.

“Could be easier to use”
Pros
Using the FORGE Viewer, the software lets us bring in the Autodesk BIM models we work with without much trouble.
Cons
It's still a work in progress and the design needs more refinement to feel more user friendly.
