“simple workflow”
Pros
Getting around the app is very easy and the customer service that comes with it has been excellent.
Cons
The SQL interface feels a bit outdated. We're planning to switch to the web based version soon since it has a much more modern look and feel.

“Great for daily use”
Pros
It was simple to set up and we end up using a lot of its features every day.
Cons
There's really nothing negative to mention. Whenever an issue comes up, tech support jumps on it quickly and often even adds new features to solve the problem.

“top tier”
Pros
One of its biggest strengths has been the outstanding customer support. Whenever we run into a problem, need answers or want more functionality, their tech team is consistently available and helpful. On top of that I really value how itkeeps working to improve the software while making sure new updates are rolled out cleanly and without issues. I hear plenty of nightmare stories from other recreation departments using different systems and it honestly makes me appreciate this platform even more. This may not be the largest company in the space but in my view, they're absolutely the best.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints. It honestly feels like one of the strongest recreation software options available.

“excited to see where this product is going”
Pros
I love the "small town" feeling you get whenever I call support. It really matters to me that I'm connecting with familiar people and it's even better when they already know who you are. It definitely delivers on that and I really hope they keep that personal touch. Over the last couple of years, they've also made huge strides and a lot of noticeable improvements. I'm excited about the direction the product is heading and the webinars have been incredibly helpful, please keep those coming.
Cons
We've been running into some challenges on our side with special event permit management especially around the possible integration between Police and our team. It may be something we need to talk through more with this tool because there could be features or processes we're not fully understanding yet. Our Special Events Coordinator has definitely been struggling with that area. Another limitation is with online coupon and discount options. Right now they aren't flexible or "smart" enough to apply only to certain items or work within specific date ranges or expiration rules. I'd really like to see that expanded. For example, we have Admit One coupons for our Rec Center that we'd love to hand out so people can bring a friend but at the moment they usually have to come in person for the discount to be applied. Since we're actively trying to push more registrations online, that creates an awkward situation for us.

“strong value for the price”
Pros
This platform really gives you a lot for what you pay. The cost stays low but the results and overall output are impressive.
Cons
Its online registration portal and user account experience are not especially user friendly and there still isn't an app available.
