“fantastic support”
Pros
Right from the start, I've been extremely happy with this software. It was very simple to learn and get my program set up in it. The interface is impressively user friendly and the online registration system is a huge improvement over what we used before. The biggest plus for me is the outstanding customer support. Even if I don't always get exactly what I ask for, they respond quickly to real concerns and genuinely work with us to reach a practical solution. The online calendar and electronic punch card features are especially valuable. I also appreciate that the pricing choices are flexible without being confusing. Moving from the desktop version to the web version went very well.
Cons
At one point, having to click too many times to get to concession items was definitely frustrating. That said, things got much better after I brought it up with Peak Software. They acted quickly on my feedback and fixed the problem with customer information being lost during sign ups. Beyond that, the web version feels very user friendly. The settings for customizing it to our needs are clear, prominent and simple to select. More than anything, Sportsman's support and development team is the real strength here. Their dedication to helping users and continuing to improve the software really stands out.

Pros
Between handling individual programs and managing facility reservations, this software has been a really valuable tool for us. The newer web based version has been an excellent addition too since it lets staff log in and work from any browser.
Cons
The only thing I can think fo that there are still a handful of reports we'd like to have built out but with that the account managers have been extremely helpful and proactive in working with us to make those happen.
