Using this app feels very easy and the loading speed is impressively fast.
Cons
When searching for an item, a single word is not always enough to find it. It would also be helpful if the date of the last update appeared when opening a building or selecting a room.

Whenever I use this program for browsing or looking up information, I'm always really pleased with how easy it feels and how comfortable it is to use.
Cons
I cant think of anything to report thats a con. On top of that the support team is always very available and quick to help with any kind of question.

Pros
Creating office layout scenarios in this is pretty simple which is something I really appreciate. The scenarios are saved automatically so it's very convenient to go back and find them whenever needed. Another big plus is how available their team always is. Their understanding of workplace and facilities related roles makes communication much easier and helps them respond well to our needs. They've also been able to improve the tool over time based on the feedback we shared with them.
Cons
As a user I haven't come across any real downside with this tool. It's accessible for everyone and doesn't require any specific training or advanced architectural knowledge since it's very user friendly and well designed ergonomically.

“a brilliant data tool”

Everything is simple and efficient, all in one place and accessible in just a few clicks. It's a fantastic way to work with all kinds of data, almost like using AutoCAD but getting things done in two or three clicks.
Cons
In the beginning the upgrades were a bit confusing but after a while the benefits became obvious so what seemed negative at the beginning actually turned into a positive. That said, I'd still like to see a few more AutoCAD style features added even though it already offers a lot as it is.

Pros
It brings together multiple services and each feature addresses a specific need raised by different departments within a company, whether it's HR, management control, purchasing, facility management and more.
Cons
Whenever I redesign spaces I really wish there were a measurement tool with dimensions included. That said, the Surfy team keeps adapting and improving so maybe that will come one day.

Getting started didnt take much time. I had no trouble figuring out how to import people or how to update the organization. The setup of Surfy Academy is also a really valuable added benefit.
Cons
Its import templates do not include all available import fields from the start so you have to go looking for the optional fields.

Pros
One thing that's especially appreciated is having complete information for every floor, with a clear summary for each one. It also makes it very simple to tell the difference between available spaces, Tbr and flex spots.
Cons
The editing mode is not always very clear but thanks to the tutorials that have been put in place making changes still stays fairly easy.
