Pros
Creating office layout scenarios in this is pretty simple which is something I really appreciate. The scenarios are saved automatically so it's very convenient to go back and find them whenever needed. Another big plus is how available their team always is. Their understanding of workplace and facilities related roles makes communication much easier and helps them respond well to our needs. They've also been able to improve the tool over time based on the feedback we shared with them.
Cons
As a user I haven't come across any real downside with this tool. It's accessible for everyone and doesn't require any specific training or advanced architectural knowledge since it's very user friendly and well designed ergonomically.
