“Easy access through the cloud”
Pros
Switching to this new interface and database has definitely taken some getting used to but that's expected anytime you're learning a new system like this. It feels a lot like getting familiar with a new operating system or a new phone. The challenge hasn't been because of poor support at all, just the normal learning curve that comes with something unfamiliar. One thing I really appreciate is that it's cloud based which makes accessibility a big plus.
Cons
Our company has a fairly simple process so there are a lot of features in the software that we don't really use or get much value from. The toughest part has been working through customization with the BPM team so the system better fits our specific needs and requirements. Since we're still figuring out how to navigate BPM, I expect there will continue to be adjustments and change requests as we go. That said, the ECOBPM team has been very helpful, understanding of what we need and usually quick to respond to most of the requested updates.
