Pros
Having marketing, sales and support all covered in one platform was exactly what we were looking for. The feature set is comprehensive and lines up really well with our requirements and expectations.
Cons
Everything has been working well overall. If there's one area that could be better, it would be the report visuals. There are different ways to view reports and sort them by category but the visual presentation could feel richer and more polished.
