“Helpful mapping visuals”
Pros
This has been a big help for our team by providing customized support for the work we handle. It has allowed us to make better informed decisions and plan locations more effectively which has led to solid results. There's also a wide range of visualization choices, from dynamic charts to interactive maps so we can present our findings in a much more engaging way. Since it uses JavaScript and Python, it fit well with what I needed and worked reliably for me.
Cons
At times the volume of information feels like a bit too much to manage. When we send latitude and longitude strings in the request object, it doesn't always plot accurately to snap to road data. That leads to unnecessary U turns and circling which makes the route plotting unreliable. It also seems to be missing some of the latest updates.

“great personalized recommendations”
Pros
Using Symaps worked really well for our practice especially because it gave us personalized recommendations designed according to our specific needs. That part was especially useful and made the tool valuable for us.
Cons
The downside is that it's fairly expensive. We weren't able to keep using the program because the doctor didn't want to continue paying for it.
