“user friendly setup”
Pros
From both the employee and admin side, the system is very user friendly. Getting everything set up was easy and teaching staff how to use the mobile app and desktop site took very little effort.
Cons
One limitation is that unpaid time can't be entered in a way that keeps overtime calculations accurate. There's a workaround for logging PTO but that ends up throwing off overtime as well. It seems the platform was built more for tracking billable project hours than for handling HR or payroll timekeeping.
