“terrible support”
Pros
Before Eptura took over the service and support were very good. Getting everything set up was simple and the platform was fairly simple to use overall, aside from the Finder maps section.
Cons
Since they took over the technical support and customer service have been awful. It feels like a small business with barely any backend staff. In late 2024, an update they pushed caused us to lose all service for almost two months. Trying to get help from support was nearly impossible and it took close to eight weeks for them to release a fix. On top of that their terms and conditions feel like they are set up to squeeze money out of customers. They require a 60 day cancellation notice if you do not want to renew and the only time anyone from the company seems to reach out is when payment is due. Other than that, there is essentially no service.

“horrible experience”
Pros
One thing that works really well is that it runs on an iPad which makes it familiar and comfortable for pretty much everyone to use. I also really appreciate the printers being monochrome since they don't need toner or ink.
Cons
It is impossible to reach the support team and you cant even troubleshoot anything yourself.

“misleading platform with poor support”
Pros
This platform doesn't really match the way it's described and the only part that feels somewhat tolerable is the room booking.
Cons
The desk app is awful to use and the support team hasn't been very helpful either.

“LobbyConnect problems drag on”
Pros
When everything is functioning the way it should, the platform is really solid but software related problems take too long to get fixed.
Cons
LobbyConnect has been out of order for months.

“helpful documentation”
Pros
Getting iOffice set up in our environment was pretty easy because the documentation is very well done. I was able to follow it without running into issues during the setup process. The software also has really useful features especially the ability to display pictures on the room schedulers and in the app which makes it much easier to see the conference room and what features it has. I haven't spent time with the analytics yet but I'm planning to explore that once things calm down a bit.
Cons
One thing missing is built in kiosk style software for Android. To keep our devices secure, we ended up buying a separate app for that. It wasn't actually a requirement for the software and the extra app was not very expensive but it still would have been nice to have included.

“Too much overhead for hybrid work”
Pros
At first glance, it seemed easy to use but the actual value it delivered was pretty limited compared to the effort involved.
Cons
For managing a hybrid office, it just wasn't a good fit for our needs. The overhead of supporting multiple users was too high especially when only a small number of people actually needed to use it so it didn't end up being very practical.

“easy setup”
Pros
Set up didnt take long and the room panels have a look we really like. At the same time, we'd love to bring everything together into a single system in the near future.
Cons
The visitor module just isn't as strong as Envoy's and because of that I still have to rely on two separate systems.

“visitor sign in works well enough”
Pros
It did what we needed for unattended visitor sign ins and staff notifications.
Cons
Once we were invoiced for another year, we asked whether we could drop the room booking feature we never used and get pricing for just the visitor management portion. We never got a response and we ended up finding a much more reasonably priced alternative. When we attempted to cancel, their team still pushed to bill us for the full year and referred us to a clause in their terms, linked separately and not shown in the contract itself, stating that cancellation requires 60 days' notice or you get charged for another year, including features we didn't want and never used.

“Well organized UI”
Pros
Right away the app and web interface felt polished and logical. The color scheme, drop down menus and overall layout make it very user friendly. It's also a big plus that they offer a full mobile app for both iOS and Android. On top of that they support tablets as room signs and even let them be used as lobby check in devices which adds a lot of flexibility. Their support team was also very helpful while we were deciding on a conference room booking and office sharing solution.
Cons
Only real downside is that you need the enterprise tier to access some of the best features, like SSO and analytics. I also don't really understand why pricing changes based on whether the asset is a conference room or a desk. Still, I have very few complaints overall.

“simplified booking”
Pros
Everything feels very well organized and easy to use. I can see which conference rooms are available across different office locations, book a desk when I'm visiting another office, check and manage my reservations and browse the team directory without any hassle.
Cons
Honestly there isn't really anything I dislike or even like least about the software because its very user friendly. If I had to point out something minor, the interface does come across as a bit plain.
