“terrible support”
Pros
Before Eptura took over the service and support were very good. Getting everything set up was simple and the platform was fairly simple to use overall, aside from the Finder maps section.
Cons
Since they took over the technical support and customer service have been awful. It feels like a small business with barely any backend staff. In late 2024, an update they pushed caused us to lose all service for almost two months. Trying to get help from support was nearly impossible and it took close to eight weeks for them to release a fix. On top of that their terms and conditions feel like they are set up to squeeze money out of customers. They require a 60 day cancellation notice if you do not want to renew and the only time anyone from the company seems to reach out is when payment is due. Other than that, there is essentially no service.

“misleading platform with poor support”
Pros
This platform doesn't really match the way it's described and the only part that feels somewhat tolerable is the room booking.
Cons
The desk app is awful to use and the support team hasn't been very helpful either.

“horrible experience”
Pros
One thing that works really well is that it runs on an iPad which makes it familiar and comfortable for pretty much everyone to use. I also really appreciate the printers being monochrome since they don't need toner or ink.
Cons
It is impossible to reach the support team and you cant even troubleshoot anything yourself.
