“useful tool”

Pros

Being able to check attendance minute by minute is really useful and it's helpful to see exactly who is working and where at any given time.

Cons

The ring fencing and location tracking features don't seem to update as quickly as they should.

“accurate leave tracking”

Pros

We've been using it to keep track of employee leave and overall I'd say it deserves a positive evaluation.

Cons

I haven't had any negative experience with it.., honestly I think it's excellent.

“Fingerprint scanner works great”

Pros

The fingerprint scanner has been a really nice addition and the system is very simple to use overall.

Cons

One issue is that people don't always use it consistently and when that happens, hours have to be entered manually one at a time. But honestly thats not that the app's fault.

“easy clock ins”

Pros

Right from the start, the biggest win has been how simple it is for staff to use. We needed a system that wouldn't add extra work to their day and this does exactly that. They can just open the app and clock in or out quickly without any fuss.

Cons

A downside is that some features still can't be connected to our financial software, Xero.

“Can be better”

Pros

It's reassuring to have a capable tech team available when problems come up and they do a good job trying to help resolve our issues, even if it doesnt always work.

Cons

Compared with MYOB, this software really doesn't measure up. It runs very slowly and if you move through it too quickly, it can lag even more or fail to move to the next employee at all. It also crashes from time to time. It may be struggling because there are too many employees in the system or too much old data stored but either way, it sometimes won't transfer information into our MYOB EXO payroll program.
