There isn't anything specific we dislike. That said, ongoing updates and enhancements to the platform are always appreciated to further improve its functionality and overall user experience.

“procurement workflows that deliver”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits for me has been how much it simplifies procurement workflows. Handling contracts, grading and communication with farmers is now much more efficient which gives me more time to focus on strategic sourcing and building stronger relationships with our suppliers.
Cons
It already provides a strong set of features though it would be interesting to see the platform broaden its capabilities in a few areas.
