“hybrid teamwork made better”

Pros

Working in a hybrid setup feels much more organized now thanks to this app. The workspace booking system is very easy to use so scheduling desks and planning the day is simple. Video conferencing runs flawlessly which lets us connect without issues no matter where people are working from. On top of that the file sharing and task management tools have really improved the way our team collaborates.

Cons

The initial setup was a bit of a hassle and it took a while for everyone to learn how to use it properly. The mobile app can also get a little slow during busy periods which is frustrating.

The interface feels very logical so pretty much anyone can start using it without trouble. The detailed office analytics are especially useful and the flexible scheduling options are a big plus.

Cons

One area that could be better is the internal help desk feature. It can be a bit slow to respond at times especially when I need help with something urgent.

Task assignment and tracking work really well and give us a clear view of how projects are moving along. Because of that, our team has become more efficient and people are much more accountable for their work.

Notifications tend to come through a little too often which can get distracting during the day. It would be much better to have more options to customize them.

Right away it felt approachable thanks to its user friendly interface and genuinely helpful support team. Reliable network access and quick response times were major reasons I decided to go with it. It also matches the needs of modern remote work really well, with solutions that make sense for the way teams operate today.

Since this way of working is still fairly new and there aren't many direct competitors, there isn't much to criticize at the moment. That said, continuing to adapt and improve features will be important if it wants to stay ahead in such a fast changing space.

Between the Slack community and the online platform, UnSpot has been incredibly valuable for booking desks and meeting rooms especially for an early stage startup like ours. The interface is very user friendly so the whole booking process feels quick and easy.

Cons

There isn't much to complain about but having networking events more often in the afternoon would be a nice improvement for our team's collaboration and connection opportunities.

Pros

Using this platform with Slack has completely changed how we handle desk booking. The QR codes on each desk make the whole process even more convenient and being able to check office attendance ahead of time really helps with planning and team coordination.

Cons

This platform covers all of our core needs and I haven't run into any major issues. Ongoing feature improvements would simply make it even more valuable over time.

Getting started wasnt hard and the platform works exactly as advertised. There's also a lot of flexibility in customizing the tablet displays, including room photos and color coding.

People who are just getting started would probably benefit from more in depth tutorials. Also, integration with certain specialized third party tools could be a bit easier.

It was simple to set up and connects really well with Google Workspace. Hot desking and room booking are very accessible and linking up with display devices works without any hassle.

Cons

It already covers most needs but I'd still like to see more choices for visual views and stronger calendar features. An auto scheduling option that takes everyone's availability into account would be a really helpful addition.
