“Takes too much effort to use”

Pros

It does a decent job of laying out tasks clearly and the cleaning information is okay. One part I do appreciate is being able to report maintenance issues through it.

Cons

We recently started using it for my EVS job and it feels time consuming and too limiting. The way my workplace has it set up just doesn't fit daily upkeep. If I finish cleaning something quickly because it's already being maintained well, I still get marked wrong. It also doesn't handle situations well when you're working with a lot of helpers in groups. There's no notes section for me when I finish a cleaning task and mark everything okay. This could be related to how management configured it but rooms that should be grouped together as a single clean are split apart instead. I also can't really test things out to learn the system properly because if I create a task just to see how it works, it immediately counts as a real task I now have to complete. Overall, it may work well for managers but as a worker, it just feels overly micromanaging.

Simple to navigate, with a polished platform that works really well for both employees and clients.

Cons

It could use more advanced reporting across multiple platforms, along with better access to the data that really matters and helps drive efficiency.

Pros

Keeping processes and staff organized is very efficient with this software.

Cons

This app would be even better if it pushed information directly to users since most managers do not have time to pull data from Power BI.
