“multilingual app”
Pros
A standout part of this platform is how well it personalizes the customer experience, allowing people to move through the tools effectively while feeling comfortable and satisfied as they use the software. This also cuts down on the extra effort of explaining the system to users who might otherwise struggle because of language barriers. With the help of its multilingual kiosk, the product becomes accessible to users globally and can be used by people in virtually any language.
Cons
This is not really a dislike but the pre booking appointment system could be made more smooth. Right now, it feels too limited by relying only on an SMS token system. It would be better to explore additional ways of communicating pre booking appointments to customers so the process is not restricted to just one mode and instead offers more flexibility through multiple communication options.

“easy to use for beginners”
Pros
Starting out with VirtuaQ feels really encouraging because the environment is both supportive and engaging for newcomers. It's not only productive but it also creates a cool atmosphere that makes learning enjoyable. The platform is especially helpful for beginners since it gives plenty of room to explore different software languages and build valuable skills. Implementation is very simple, the customer support is excellent and with so many features to explore, it's a product I end up using every day.
Cons
At this point I don't have anything negative to say. It's very user friendly and the integration process was very easy.
