Working with VisitDays has been a really positive experience. Their team was incredibly supportive during setup and also helped us manage the setup and updates for hundreds of profiles. We partnered with them on a new initiative and as our needs changed, along with feedback from registrants and attendees, they stayed flexible and willing to make the adjustments we needed. The overall user experience felt quick and easy, both for registration and for joining sessions.
Cons
I'd really like to see clearer timezone handling, both for the account manager configuring profiles and for users registering for a session.
