“quick visitor check in”

Pros

Getting started with it was very easy. The check in process works really well and the tablet app includes plenty of useful features for collecting visitor information. Overall, the visitor check in and check out flow feels smooth and only takes a few seconds.

Cons

Honestly I didn't come across anything to dislike. I enjoyed using the product because it's very convenient, captures information without any trouble and reduces the need to rely on receptionists or admin staff.

Using this has been going well so far and our staff can work with it without running into complications. The overall handling feels simple and convenient.

There really isn't much to complain about; the only suggestion would be to make it usable on mobile as well.

Check in and check out work really well and the whole process feels smooth. It captures all the important information in about 10 seconds which saves a lot of time. I also appreciate how customizable the system is, since it can be set up to match different requirements. On top of that it's very simple to use.

Having more integrations would be a nice bonus.

From the moment we started using Vizmo, visitor check ins became much more organized and efficient. The system is built to be fast, secure and reliable which helps guests sign in quickly while giving our team clear visibility into who is currently on site. Another useful feature is the health declaration questionnaire, since it lets us screen visitors with health related questions and confirm they meet our safety requirements before entering the building.

Cons

There's nothing significant to complain about though I'd definitely like to see more integrations with other apps added over time.

Its onboarding process felt very comfortable. The visitor pre registration feature is really useful especially with the option for guests to check in directly from their phones. It also offers advanced customization which makes it adaptable to different needs. Another big plus is that the system can be used even without any hardware which adds a lot of flexibility.

Cons

If I could point out one thing that could make it even better, it would be broader printer support.

Using it for check ins has been very convenient. The whole VMS process runs smoothly and everything is simple to use. I also appreciate that all the details are shared through email and text messages which keeps things transparent and makes communication easy.

The only thing I'd like to see is broader product integration especially with more employee focused features or products.
