VPass Features
Visitor Check-In
VPass replaces paper-based logs with a digital check-in system that captures visitor information quickly and securely. It allows guests to sign in using kiosks or tablets, helping organizations maintain accurate records while reducing front desk congestion and administrative workload.
Wallet Sign‑Ins
The platform supports issuing digital passes for frequent visitors, members, or employees that can be added directly to a phone’s Wallet. These passes contain QR codes that enable quick, printed‑badge‑free entry and exit, reducing printing costs and improving the user experience.
Badge Printing
VPass supports instant badge printing upon check-in, improving on-site identification and access control. Customizable badge formats help organizations display visitor details clearly, enhancing workplace safety and ensuring compliance with internal security protocols.
Visitor Document Upload
This feature enables the collection of files directly from visitors during the sign-in process. When a guest scans a QR code or uses a kiosk to check in, they can upload required documents such as identification, certifications, or other specified paperwork before completing the sign-in process.

“flexible visitor setup”
Pros
One of the biggest wins for us has been having the full level of customization we needed to manage and control the system exactly the way we wanted for most things. Since we have different types of visitors coming onsite, we're able to set up the right questions for the right people.
Cons
This is pretty minor but I wish the badge layout was more flexible because at the moment there isn't an option to customize it.
