“clear graphs”
Pros
Utility data importing automatically is a big plus. The charts make it very easy to see how a single building or an entire portfolio has been performing over time. On top of that the platform has a deep and well built database of other buildings' information which makes creating custom benchmarks really useful.
Cons
Getting everything set up can feel a little heavy at first. It quickly becomes obvious you may not know as much about your buildings as you assumed. And if your utility providers don't already have online accounts in place, creating those takes a fair amount of effort even if it's mostly a one time task.
