flexible pricing plan with simple setup

Pros

Right away, it made our processes feel very simplified and it is quite easy to navigate. The pricing setup is also far more flexible than other portals I've used, where the structure tends to be rigid and the fields are pretty limited. That added flexibility gives contractors more room to clearly explain specific parts of the breakdown. Getting everything set up in the beginning was simple as well.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the email notifications. Work order alerts tend to feel a bit frustrating because they include a lot of repetitive information and could be more direct.

work order management done right

Pros

Across our company, Worksmith has become the go to platform for managing work orders and it has been excellent to work with. The system is very efficient and honestly one of the best CRM tools we've used. It works really well as an all in one place to receive new customer work orders, add updates in the notes section, send pricing and estimates and take care of automated invoicing. On top of that their team has been outstanding. They're very responsive, helpful and consistently strong when it comes to customer service. The platform itself is well organized, simple to understand and offers a very complete work order management solution. The onboarding and training were also fantastic which made getting started quick and gave us support the whole way through.

Cons

Nothing to complain about.
