Pros
Right from the start, our sales rep never came across as a pushy salesperson which I appreciated most. He was patient, took time to understand our business and really listened to how we wanted to use this toll. On top of that the implementation team was very accessible whenever questions came up and provided solid support throughout the setup process. They arranged meetings around our schedule and always made sure to address our concerns first before moving into the actual implementation work.
Cons
One issue during implementation was that transaction management was not clearly explained to us. Because of that, we ended up purchasing it and never actually using it. That said, it was explained later on and we were able to have it removed from our invoice.

Pros
One thing that keeps me really satisfied with Yardi is how often the system gets updated. New features keep being added and they're genuinely useful which says a lot because I'm a very picky customer.
Cons
At first, I expected the implementation to be wrapped up in about six weeks and assumed I would not need to be very involved. Instead, I ended up being closely involved in the process which did cause some interruptions in my day. Though all said this is a pretty minor issue that you only have to deal with once.
