After using this product for more than 10 years, one thing that has consistently stood out is how supportive the team is whenever issues come up. The pricing has also been very reasonable for our organization which makes it a good fit for us. Another big plus is that their programmer is willing to work directly with us whenever we need updates or additional functionality added to ZeraWare.
Cons
A downside is that there is no mobile device option available. Because of our company's IT policies, installing it on new or recently updated PCs can be challenging. There is also some lag during login and when moving between the internal apps.
