“clean workflow but has tricky integrations”
Pros
The workflow is smooth and the app itself is simple to use and get set up.
Cons
The integration side is a bit more complicated although I can't completely blame the software since some of our older systems weren't really fit for purpose.

“quick setup”
Pros
Getting this up and running didnt take long especially compared with the old manual process we used for handling visitors and booking meeting rooms through Outlook. After our recent office move, it became obvious right away how well the platform can scale.
Cons
At times, it feels like it's missing a more personal touch which would be a nice addition. It's possible those customization options already exist but I just haven't had the time to set them up.
