“Save your time and skip this
Pros
The company and system worked well when we first onboarded and it was great at the start.
Cons
After several price hikes their customer service has completely disappeared and we keep facing issues that we have submitted support tickets for but they don't respond or fix anything. We are currently seeking a commitment from them to resolve our issues and assign a representative who will actually answer while we explore other options.

“Powerful and Flexible
Pros
What I liked most about 360e was how it allowed me to bring my business development, project management, accounting and field teams all onto one platform. It has made things a lot easier for me.
Cons
One thing I dislike most about the software is that the "alerts" and "tasks" do not pop up automatically as reminders. Instead we have to know where to find them and remember to check.

Pros
Real time tracking of hard costs per job is a huge plus. Also it is easy to create quotes for small jobs and organize everything without using paper. Plus all job details, both current and past are accessible right at our fingertips. It also allows us to track employee timesheets per job, view profit and loss reports for each job and the entire business and upload images and documents to quotes and jobs.
Cons
There are occasional minor glitches but more often than not I noticed it is due to operator error.

Pros
Great value, with an agile development and support team that listens to feedback and works closely with you. So I am excited to see how this product grows and improves.
Cons
The implementation took longer than I had hoped. In hindsight I realize my timeline was unrealistic as I did not consider the time needed to customize the product for our business and to allow enough time for our team to review and adapt to the new software. Having a clear implementation timeline from the start would have helped avoid this.

Pros
The ability to share across the entire employee base is amazing and really improves our communication.
Cons
Well the wait for the app to load was a bit frustrating at first but I have noticed it has been improved and now the wait time is almost nonexistent.
