“Effective for managing projects
Pros
I find it really helpful for managing different types of projects and setting goals. It keeps our whole team coordinated and makes sure we're all working toward the same objectives. Having instant access to team locations, fleet status and equipment conditions has been a game-changer for our operations.
Cons
Training some staff on how to use it took a bit of time, though that's pretty normal with any new technology.

“Gives a complete view of everything!!
Pros
Being able to see the complete estimate picture without jumping between different pages is a plus. The level of detail I can include is incredible. Equipment needs, team size, time estimates, additional costs, basically everything I need. The auto-estimator feature is a nice touch that helps factor in all these variables automatically. Plus, everything functions smoothly on my mobile device which is incredibly convenient.
Cons
I found no drawbacks.

“Solid analytics and reporting
Pros
The analytics and reporting features make my life so much easier. The modules for handling invoices and data entry work really well and save me tons of time.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve when you first start using it, though honestly it's nothing like some of the more complicated systems I've dealt with before. Takes a little time to get comfortable with everything but the adjustment period is pretty short compared to other options out there.

Pros
The different modules available really impressed me. There's incredible value packed into this system that makes it hard to pass up. Plus it runs smoothly across all my devices and keeps everything synced with my team.
Cons
It's a bit hard to get the hang of initially with all the different modules and functions. Took me a while to wrap my head around everything. But honestly, the more effort you put into understanding it, the more you get out of the platform.

Well laid out interface and I can easily manage messages from both existing and potential clients. There are lots of sorting options available and I'm quite satisfied with how everything works so far.

“easy to understand
Pros
I can quickly pull up reports and access data cells whenever I need them. There are tons of different ways to sort through client information which makes finding what I'm looking for pretty simple. Creating analytical reports is not complicated and the results are easy to understand.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the transition from traditional accounting systems required some patience but it was definitely worth the adjustment period
