“So many amazing features
Pros
I'm blown away by how well this automates everything. But honestly that's just scratching the surface of what it can do. There isn't enough room here to cover even half the features available. If you're looking for something that truly handles everything, this is definitely it.
Cons
Training the team took some time since there's so much information packed into the system though it's actually pretty user-friendly once you get the hang of it.

I can organize my work by priority, job size or how close projects are to each other. The features are comprehensive yet easy to use and it genuinely organizes my workflow. My productivity has doubled since I started using this tool.

Works perfectly on both my tablet and phone. It has everything I need like live mapping, fleet management features, geo-tagged trees, the whole package. Really impressive product overall.
Cons
Had a bug initially with the specific iOS version I was running but support jumped on it pretty fast. Haven't run into any other problems since then.

Saves me so much time throughout the day. I can knock out way more estimates instead of trying to keep track of everything in my head like figuring out costs for a 2-man, 3-day job with equipment and taxes.
Cons
Setting up initial pricing takes some time upfront though I'm not sure this is really a downside since it saves so much time later on estimates.

I appreciate being able to leave notes for specific team members and monitor everyone's progress. It's really helpful to see where we can shuffle people or equipment around to speed things up.
Cons
Getting everyone on my team to actually use this consistently and stay on top of communication takes some effort. Had to hold several meetings just to get everyone aligned on how we'd use it for project management.

It has a large number of features. Think about all those mental notes floating around in your head, the dozen different apps you juggle daily, those spreadsheets that need constant updating and all those emails you have to send out, basically everything. Now picture all of that being managed under a single platform. That's exactly what this tool does for me. It really lives up to being a complete "all-in-one" solution.
Cons
The sheer number of modules can be overwhelming at first. There's probably 20+ different sections covering everything from estimates and inventory to payroll and client follow-ups. It takes time to get comfortable with all the features though you can learn them gradually since the interface is pretty user-friendly. At least support is always available when you get stuck.

This tool makes my workday so much smoother. I arrive at each site with all the right equipment because everything's laid out clearly beforehand. The GPS-marked photos are helpful and there's no way I could mix up which tree needs work when everything's documented so precisely.

Was a bit hard to learn for me since I'm pretty set in my ways but honestly that's more on me than the software. Once I got past my initial resistance to changing how I do things, everything clicked into place pretty quickly.

Everything's marked clearly including hazards like hornet's nests, specific trees that need work, the whole layout. I can quickly check how my business is performing across different time periods like daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly. The sales reporting is solid, estimate creation is simple and automated invoicing saves me tons of time. There's honestly so many features I haven't even explored them all yet.
Cons
A bit difficult to understand with all the features available. Basic tasks are simple enough but getting comfortable with everything this platform offers definitely takes time and practice.

I've been using this for over a year and it's honestly become essential to our daily operations. The feature set is incredibly comprehensive. You get everything from accounting and estimating to analytics and customer service, plus so much more.

Nothing really significant comes to mind. Throughout this past year, whenever I've run into a bug, I'd contact support and they'd fix it pretty quickly. Plus, the bugs weren't anything serious anyway.

Im impressed by how much functionality is crammed into this platform. There are tons of modules that cover practically every part of running my business.
