“So many amazing features

Pros

I'm blown away by how well this automates everything. But honestly that's just scratching the surface of what it can do. There isn't enough room here to cover even half the features available. If you're looking for something that truly handles everything, this is definitely it.

Cons

Training the team took some time since there's so much information packed into the system though it's actually pretty user-friendly once you get the hang of it.

Pros

I can organize my work by priority, job size or how close projects are to each other. The features are comprehensive yet easy to use and it genuinely organizes my workflow. My productivity has doubled since I started using this tool.

Cons

Haven't run into any issues so far but I'll keep you posted if something comes up.

Pros

Works perfectly on both my tablet and phone. It has everything I need like live mapping, fleet management features, geo-tagged trees, the whole package. Really impressive product overall.

Cons

Had a bug initially with the specific iOS version I was running but support jumped on it pretty fast. Haven't run into any other problems since then.

Saves me so much time throughout the day. I can knock out way more estimates instead of trying to keep track of everything in my head like figuring out costs for a 2-man, 3-day job with equipment and taxes.

Cons

Setting up initial pricing takes some time upfront though I'm not sure this is really a downside since it saves so much time later on estimates.

Pros

I appreciate being able to leave notes for specific team members and monitor everyone's progress. It's really helpful to see where we can shuffle people or equipment around to speed things up.

Cons

Getting everyone on my team to actually use this consistently and stay on top of communication takes some effort. Had to hold several meetings just to get everyone aligned on how we'd use it for project management.

Pros

It has a large number of features. Think about all those mental notes floating around in your head, the dozen different apps you juggle daily, those spreadsheets that need constant updating and all those emails you have to send out, basically everything. Now picture all of that being managed under a single platform. That's exactly what this tool does for me. It really lives up to being a complete "all-in-one" solution.

Cons

The sheer number of modules can be overwhelming at first. There's probably 20+ different sections covering everything from estimates and inventory to payroll and client follow-ups. It takes time to get comfortable with all the features though you can learn them gradually since the interface is pretty user-friendly. At least support is always available when you get stuck.

This tool has completely transformed how I handle day-to-day operations and automate routine tasks. My business runs much smoother now and I've actually noticed a real boost in profitability since implementing it. Whenever I run into questions or need help, the support team gets back to me quickly and resolves things fast.

Cons

Getting everyone up to speed on all the different features took some time. With so many tools available, there's definitely a learning curve, though I understand why.

Was a bit hard to learn for me since I'm pretty set in my ways but honestly that's more on me than the software. Once I got past my initial resistance to changing how I do things, everything clicked into place pretty quickly.

The sorting options for client data are amazing. There are so many different ways to organize information. Adding client details is simple and searching through records when problems come up is really smooth. I appreciate how well it works across all my devices from my phone to tablet.

Having so many modules available can feel pretty overwhelming when you first start out. I've learned to focus on just what I need initially and gradually explore other features as I get more comfortable with the system.

Pros

I can pull up a satellite view of any job site and see exactly what needs to be done. Everything's marked clearly including hazards like hornet's nests, specific trees that need work, the whole layout. It's like having a detailed map that shows me exactly where to focus my attention before I even start.

Cons

While there's a learning curve getting comfortable with using your phone on-site, once you adapt to the workflow it gets really simple.

Estimates are convenient plus communication with the office is great. Feels natural and I picked it up without much effort.

Cons

Some features wouldn't run on my older iPhone, though to be fair it was nearly 10 years old and probably needed replacing anyways.

I can quickly check how my business is performing across different time periods like daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly. The sales reporting is solid, estimate creation is simple and automated invoicing saves me tons of time. There's honestly so many features I haven't even explored them all yet.

Cons

A bit difficult to understand with all the features available. Basic tasks are simple enough but getting comfortable with everything this platform offers definitely takes time and practice.

This tool organized my daily routine. I clock in when I begin work and get a live map showing exactly which job site I'm at, complete with a bird's-eye satellite view that displays all the trees marked beforehand by the estimator. Communication with the office is smooth through the messaging feature whenever I need support.

Getting familiar with it took some time since we hadn't used anything similar before but after a couple weeks it became pretty user-friendly.

Pros

I can easily view my entire team and monitor payroll details, time off requests, workplace issues and other HR matters. The system lets me drill down into individual employee records or step back for a broader perspective on overall workforce performance.

Actually, I can't find any real complaints. The app handles everything I need it to, at least for the features I've tried so far.

The only thing I can think of is that there weren't really any issues I came across, not even small glitches.

I've been using this for over a year and it's honestly become essential to our daily operations. The feature set is incredibly comprehensive. You get everything from accounting and estimating to analytics and customer service, plus so much more.

Nothing really significant comes to mind. Throughout this past year, whenever I've run into a bug, I'd contact support and they'd fix it pretty quickly. Plus, the bugs weren't anything serious anyway.

Pros

Im impressed by how much functionality is crammed into this platform. There are tons of modules that cover practically every part of running my business. The onboarding process was smooth and the training plus customer support team really helped me get up to speed quickly. The interface feels well-organized and the automation features are outstanding. Really can't ask for much more.

Cons

So far, I haven't faced any real issues. I'll circle back if something pops up down the road.

Pros

ArboStar makes client management so much smoother for me. The ticketing system is really advanced and I love how it automatically sends SMS and email messages. Being able to track issues by priority or convenience has made my work flow way better.

Had a few early quirks since we were an early adopter but the team fixed them super fast.
