“Fleet monitoring made simple
Pros
I really appreciate the tracking feature. It lets me check updated speeds, brakes and idles for all our vehicles on any date.
Cons
Sometimes it can be a little tough to find exactly what I'm looking for but honestly, it doesn't happen often. Overall, I think the program is great and does what I need it to.

“Totally disappointing
Pros
From the very beginning, my experience with Azuga has been nothing but frustrating. It never worked the way I expected and every step of the process felt like a struggle. Ahhhhh.
Cons
The customer service has been terrible. A lot of the employees didn't know much about the devices and we kept getting the wrong units shipped to us. Then, in the last month of our sessios the units completely stopped working, which led to tens of thousands of dollars in fines from my subcontractor due to no GPS tracking. The ping rate was awful and sometimes we'd be working on-site, and it wouldn't even update. When they first sent us the units, they didn't even include the correct wiring diagram. Honestly, I would stay far away from Azuga!

“Solid and reliable tool
Pros
Getting everything set up was a smooth process from start to finish. I did not run into any complications.
Cons
Since we purchased through a third-party company, Aspire we have to go through them for any support. I can't get in touch with anyone directly at Azuga and when I email them, I never get a response. It leads to delays in fixing issues and ordering new units. They really need to get rid of the middle man and allow direct communication.

“Love how Azuga handles tracking
Pros
The software is flexible. Setting up new vehicles is simple and I can easily monitor vehicle usage with live views and reports.
Cons
Setting everything up took a little bit of time but once it was all rolling, things ran smoothly & I didn't have many issues after that.

Pros
One feature I really appreciate about Azuga is the ability to track our crews in real time. It has been incredibly useful, especially when I need to stay updated on their progress throughout the day.
Cons
The route replay always started from the starting point but I figured out that it was actually operator error on my part.

“got stuck dealing with unnecessary legal trouble

I honestly can't say anything positive. I wouldn't recommend this company, their customer service or their practices.
Cons
Buyers, be aware! Azuga hides this important information and doesn't discuss it upfront. They automatically renew your subscription for the same term unless you give notice 60 days before the current term ends. So, if you signed up for a 3-year plan, it'll renew for another 3 years unless you let them know you don't want to continue. What's worse is that the subscription fees are non-refundable and could change at the end of the term. They also don't inform you about this auto-renewal until after you've signed the proposal. You'll pay thousands to cancel if you didn't know about it. Their business practices seem designed to trap you and I'd be cautious before signing up. We switched to OneStep, and it's been a complete turnaround. The service is more responsive and we're paying almost the same amount but now we get better data, cameras inside and outside the vehicle and no connection issues. Our experience with Azuga was not positive and the system never worked 100%.

“Definitely not worth it

There's really nothing positive to say about this experience. Communication is lacking and any issues I've had were either ignored or poorly handled.
Cons
Azuga honestly doesn't even deserve one star. My experience with them was really disappointing. There was a lack of communication throughout and what was promised in the contract didn't match what was delivered. They were not transparent and didn't uphold their side of the deal. Every time I tried to address the issues, I got more miscommunication and zero accountability. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Azuga and I urge others to really investigate the terms before signing anything.

Pros
It helps us keep track of our delivery vans' locations, confirm employees' end-of-shift times with timestamps and geolocation and provide customers with accurate arrival times. It also keeps employees on track and prevents unnecessary detours.
Cons
The price went up once the initial savings offer expired, which was disappointing.

Pros
The setup was simple, the features were basic but functional and the GPS and camera worked decently.
Cons
Not all the requested video actually came through and our ELD wasn't set up properly, which caused some issues. Support was slow to respond, too.

I like being able to track locations, monitor speed and quickly find the closest tech for a job. Plus, the product support is great.
Cons
I've been having issues with the chips on several vehicles. I've worked with nina and she's done her best to get them working but they're still not functioning properly.

Pros
I use Azuga to track all the vehicles in our fleet and it has never let me down. No issues whatsoever.
Cons
So far, I haven't found any problems with it. It seems to do exactly what I need, which is track the vehicles in my fleet and make sure everyone is driving safely.

It's super easy to use and I love how it gives me accurate, real-time updates on where all our vehicles are.
Cons
The only issue is that when the vehicle needs repair, the device needs to be removed and sometimes people forget to put it back in.
