Pros
Well I like the new layout as it is much more user friendly requiring fewer clicks to get my tasks done.
Cons
I do not like that when you win a proposal, you automatically lose the others without being able to create a new estimate for potential services at a later date.

Pros
I love all the customizable features of the software but the best part of using it is the staff at BPro. They are always attentive and incredibly helpful.
Cons
There are a few instances when the software does not have the features I need to work as efficiently as I would like.

Pros
The customer service is outstanding and I was able to quickly learn the system, whenever I ran into issues, their service was the best at resolving problems.
Cons
Sometimes I find it difficult to find specific features.

“They dropped in quality fast
Pros
Their support is quick to respond but once you submit a ticket, it seems to go nowhere and you are left waiting for months.
Cons
They made changes to the software and now it cannot be trusted. Orders are being missed, double booked or require workarounds due to system issues. I started with them 5 years ago and things were great at first but then the problems became so bad that I had to switch, costing me thousands of dollars. Some mornings we'd come in to find multiple duplicate orders and we were stuck without a way to direct our teams. They would not be available until 9 to 10 am to fix it so we nearly lost the entire morning.

I must say the team at The Better Software Company is exceptional as they provide fantastic support consistently.
Cons

Pros
Better software has good intentions. It is designed to keep your customer database and other business aspects in one place and it does that well. The support team is also very attentive.
Cons
There is a lot of room for improvement in this software. I would not call it user friendly as it is a complicated system that requires too many steps to set up many of its features. Also there are just too many clicks to reach the end goal.

“Not really ideal for franchises
Pros
It is very easy to use and there is no extra cost for having your staff on the app version which helps keep costs down. Like our site has been up and running for over two years without issues making it very stable. The customer support and integration teams are top notch too.
Cons
They charge for text messages which I did not like and the customer reminders are not great. The lead management needs improvement and there are not many customization options available. Plus they are based in Canada so the support is limited to their working hours and time zone.
