“Powerful multi-project management”

It's been really helpful for handling multiple projects and a lot of resources from a single interface, without needing to jump between different tools.

Cons

At times it feels a bit complex especially when you're trying to get everything set up and organized.

Love how it packs a ton of features and functionality and the interface is genuinely user-friendly. I also like that all the site-specific information stays organized in one place so nothing gets lost across different pages or tools.

Automatically, it builds a history log and the best part is how simple it is to search within that same history later.

Since it's web-based, it's not accessible when the internet is down.

It has been really helpful with every request we've made... answering questions, adding new system capabilities and generally staying on top of what we need. They also actively look for ways to make the platform more usable for all customers. The software lines up well with what we're working on right now so it's been a good match for our current rollout.

Cons

A few things could use improvement. The technician section would benefit from more detailed info, like tech pricing and region coverage. Also, replicating an existing project isn't supported-only specific fields can be imported/exported to create a new project and the rest has to be entered manually. Also, the number of available seats feels limited.
