“Quick setup with excellent OCR”
Pros
Getting the team started was fast because the software is very easy to use and barely required any training. The OCR works really well and the photos gave our Customer Service team exactly what we needed.
Cons
One thing missing for our Customer Service workflow was a payment collection and verification option. I'm not sure whether that's something the platform is intended to support.

“Versatile remote support standout”
Pros
Using it has been incredibly convenient and the interface is very user-friendly. It has honestly been a lifesaver for our team because the broad set of features lets us troubleshoot technical issues remotely in a very efficient way.
Cons
I really haven't run into any issues with it. It offers some of the best functionality I've experienced and I'm very satisfied overall. There's no need to download anything on a computer or mobile device and it's easily one of the best-designed video support tools I've used. The markup and annotation feature is especially useful since it lets me take photos and add notes during a call, complete with location and timestamp details.

“simple remote support setup”
Pros
Working with a remote technical team is much more manageable because the interface is clearly optimized for that kind of environment. It makes it simple to give technical guidance to people out in the field and getting everything set up and running does not take long.
Cons
A few things are still missing for us. I'd really like the option to record an entire session and it would help a lot if guests could join through a guest link without needing their own it account especially when a large number of people need to dial into an operation. We'd also prefer the ability to host the it instance in our own cloud or in a client's cloud, to meet security policy requirements.

“different connection from anywhere”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how versatile this product is. I can connect from practically anywhere using a hotspot and both my voice clarity and image quality come through very well.
Cons
Getting everything set up was a little bumpy at first but the team at it stepped in and helped resolve it.

“feasible collaboration that works”
Pros
Right from the start the interface and overall functionality felt simple. The idea is easy, connect the right people to work through an issue together and the platform handles that in a fairly uncomplicated way. Being able to let team members join in the background without appearing in front of the client also made sessions feel more professional, while still giving staff a chance to learn how to handle customer questions and resolve problems.
Cons
At this point, I honestly can't think of anything worth complaining about.

“essential tool”
Pros
Right as the pandemic hit and activity kept growing across our footprint the "show me" technology turned out to be exactly what we needed. Our products had become essential and this gave employees a reliable safety net that helped them feel confident knowing they had alternative ways to keep supporting customers and still provide a strong experience.
Cons
I think this kind of technology works better for training purposes and for helping colleagues internally. Getting customers to adopt it quickly can be difficult and that can end up creating even more frustration.

“clear remote support experience”
Pros
Getting a session started is very easy even with customers who are hesitant to hand over control of their phone. The photo and video quality is excellent and being able to essentially "see through the phone" makes troubleshooting and issue resolution much more effective and efficient. It also makes the whole interaction more comfortable and pleasant for everyone involved. The integration with our ticketing system is another big plus.
Cons
One drawback is that photos can't be resized and the photo labels are longer than they need to be. Also the success of a session depends heavily on having a great cellphone connection. That's obviously outside of the software's control but it does sometimes create problems.

“flexible inspections from anywhere”
Pros
Managing and using the IT software feels very easy. With a great Wi-Fi or internet connection the virtual IT app can be used from anywhere in the house while carrying out an inspection.
Cons
There can be audio issues when first connecting. Sometimes the only way to improve the sound is to stop the video and start it again.

“useful tools and clear for customers”
Pros
It's very easy for end users and customers can understand it without much explanation. The newer measurement tools are also a valuable addition and make the software even more useful.
Cons
Since we only use a small portion of the available features, it already covers everything we need. For our reporting needs, we haven't run into any problems at all.

“mobile-friendly virtual inspections”
Pros
One thing I appreciate is that there's nothing you have to install to use it and it works well on phones and Android devices right through Chrome. If you want there's also an app version which is a nice option to have. It keeps things simple which I prefer because a lot of other platforms are overloaded with features that just aren't necessary. This one includes the tools that actually matter, like a privacy policy agreement customers can accept before the service begins, along with easy user management.
Cons
A downside is how much the software depends on a great mobile or Wi-Fi connection. When cell service is weak, doing a virtual inspection becomes much harder. Integration can also be a challenge since we currently use two separate systems for tracking and scheduling inspections and then this platform is used specifically to carry out the virtual inspection.

“fair pricing”
Pros
The real-time annotation, pointer, flashlight and similar tools have been especially useful for our team. Our members can use them without much trouble which makes things easier for everyone. I also find the pricing reasonable and being able to stamp photos with saved bookmarks is another feature we value.
Cons
The bookmark feature is useful but it doesn't allow enough characters to enter a full CFR so we have to shorten them and that can be confusing for our members. It would also help a lot if bookmarks could be added to photos afterward. During virtual site inspections, members sometimes move quickly and that makes it take a bit of time to locate the right bookmark before capturing the photo. That becomes even harder since the full regulation won't fit in the bookmark so you have to rely on remembering the key words you included.

Pros

“fully equipped tool”
Pros
From both the admin and client sides, I find the software easy to work with. It stays focused on features that are actually useful for technicians instead of moving away from its main purpose. For me the whole platform has a clear "need help now, let's help now" approach that fits what the product is designed to do.
Cons
Honestly, it already includes pretty much everything. It's hard to point out anything missing when both the core essentials and the extra nice-to-have features are already built in.
