“Great but not perfect
Pros
The FSM is a very versatile system with a lot of potential and working with the team has always been productive and pleasant. They put in great effort and come up with excellent solutions.
Cons
Few things I noticed like it can be hard to accept how inflexible the FSM system is. Even small adjustments require significant development effort which makes the whole system complex and costly. Many processes are not very user friendly and no longer meet the current standards

“Enables personal management of active and opto networks
Pros
Well the ability to break down orders into independent tasks is very useful. Also the option for car management and the workflow visualization features for planning orders are also proven very helpful for us.
Cons
We are using an older version of the system and it would be helpful to have a more modern user interface with ergonomic improvements basically an updated version of the software.

Pros
Using this software significantly enhanced our customer relationships while also helping us cut down on many operational costs.
Cons
Whenever we request a change we have to first verify the cost and on top of that, we are charged for every major upgrade which is not good.

“Helped us in Numerous Ways!
Pros
The best feature of this tool is its portability which was a huge improvement for us. As technicians can now take their office with them and work independently at customers homes. Today TVCable relies on the FSM tool for scheduling all appointments and it has become a vital part of our daily operations.
Cons
Sometimes it is challenging to make minor adjustments with the installed version. Also we would like to have more independence in making small changes on our own. Luckily it is working on providing tools that will allow us to make these adjustments ourselves.
