Great but not perfect

Pros

The FSM is a very versatile system with a lot of potential and working with the team has always been productive and pleasant. They put in great effort and come up with excellent solutions.

Cons

Few things I noticed like it can be hard to accept how inflexible the FSM system is. Even small adjustments require significant development effort which makes the whole system complex and costly. Many processes are not very user friendly and no longer meet the current standards

Helped us in Numerous Ways!

Pros

The best feature of this tool is its portability which was a huge improvement for us. As technicians can now take their office with them and work independently at customers homes. Today TVCable relies on the FSM tool for scheduling all appointments and it has become a vital part of our daily operations.

Cons

Sometimes it is challenging to make minor adjustments with the installed version. Also we would like to have more independence in making small changes on our own. Luckily it is working on providing tools that will allow us to make these adjustments ourselves.

Our operations management has improved

Pros

Order management is simple and efficient making it easy for us to organize tasks across different roles and streamline operations.

Cons

The user profile management is lacking, I noticed there is no module to create and manage user profiles easily.
